Our client in Eastbourne was keen to remove their old porch, which had limited space and was showing signs of its age. As with all of our projects, we consulted thoroughly with the client to understand their exact specifications. These included increasing the available space by around 3x, and including a bespoke window fitting above the door to allow more natural light through the front of the property.
Over the course of three weeks we replaced the existing porch with a brand new one the met the client's specifications. Firstly, we demolished and removed the old porch whilst remaining diligent and considerate to the client. We then constructed the new porch, allowing enough footprint to facilitate the additional space that was requested. The build included full insulation, an attractive pitched roof, and fully rendered exterior walls to finish (not forgetting the clients request for a beautiful bespoke window fitting above the front door!).
Our client was incredibly pleased with the result of the new porch build. It has provided them with the space that they needed whilst improving the aesthetic and 'curb appeal' of the home.
