One year of workmanship cover
Investing in a home or property is a significant decision. Once the agreed work has been completed and all payments have been settled, LJB provides a workmanship guarantee certificate covering its work for one year.
Re-roofs: a minimum of 10 years
Complete re-roofs carry a longer guarantee. Every LJB re-roof is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years, and the cover for each roof is set out in its guarantee certificate. See the Kings Avenue re-roof for an example.
Support if an issue occurs
Customers are encouraged to contact LJB as soon as possible in the unlikely event that an issue connected with the completed workmanship becomes apparent. Early contact allows the team to review the concern and provide appropriate support.
Your project documents matter
The written quotation, agreed variations, completion information and guarantee certificate set out the work covered for the individual project. Product and manufacturer warranties may operate separately.
