The Brief

The client requested a fully custom garden building with space suitable for both a gym and office area. Both areas would receive daily use so needed to be practical and durable as well as aesthetically pleasing.

The Solution

LJB designed and built a custom 7m x 4m garden structure using a timber frame and high quality treated cladding. To ensure the longevity and practicality of the space for both intended uses, we included features such as a felt roof, PVC facias and soffits with guttering to the rear of the building, full insulation, stud wall to separate the gym and office areas, split foundation (concrete slab for the gym area, suspended floor for the office) plaster finish for the office area and much more.

The Result
