About the job.

This role covers the smaller jobs: repairs, maintenance and small works, often several in a week. Some days you will be at people's homes, other days at rental properties or commercial buildings.

It suits someone with skills across more than one trade who is happy working on their own and talking to customers.

What you will be doing

General building repairs and maintenance
Carpentry repairs, doors and fire door adjustments
Patch plastering, painting and decorating
Small brickwork repairs, repointing and gutter clearing
Keeping customers updated and leaving the property clean

Practical skills across two or more trades
Happy to work on your own and talk to customers
A full UK driving licence
A CSCS card, or willing to get one
Fire door or commercial maintenance experience is a bonus
